Who we are

Largs Dental Suite, 20 Aitken Street, Largs KA30 8AU is the data controller responsible for your personal information. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

How long we keep it

Adult dental records are retained for at least 11 years after your last visit. Children's records are kept until age 25 (or 26 if treated at 17). This is in line with NHS and Department of Health guidance.

Your rights

• Access a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion (subject to our legal record-keeping duties).
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.
